Better presentation of sleep data

Histsleep

I was rightfully called out on the last graph - too little time and sloppy thinking.  Here is the distribution of my sleep recordings.  The purple bars show how what percent (of the 199 recordings) lasted within the six minute window of the x-axis.  The orange cumulative line indicates the percent of daily sleep less than or equal to the hours shown - e.g., 81% of days, I slept less than 7.6 hours.  Apparently I am a little more likely to sleep 6.2 or 6.7 hours than my average of 6.4.

2009-05-06 to 2009-05-08 sleeplog

I had an amazing night of sleep last night -- almost 8 hours, 97% efficiency! -- which only emphasizes my sleeping "trouble".  8 hours (unbounded, I set no alarm), after an extensive evening of networking and two straight nights of pretty bad sleep (4 hours the previous, not quite 6 before that).  The last time I slept 7 hours or more was 2009-05-02 (7:45, 84%).  Very little of this is structured (alarm constrained).
